On June 28, 2012, Muddy Dog Roasting Company migrated to a brand new web site. As a convenience to our existing customers, we automatically migrated their accounts to the new site. The idea was that your old login credentials (email address and password) would work on the new site.
While we personally had no problems using our old account credentials on the new site, we've heard from some customers that their login credentials no longer work. We're not sure why that would be the case, but we do know how to fix it: simply click the "Forgotten password" link on the login page, enter the email address associated with the account, and a new password will be sent. (And yes, we understand that sending a new password via email may not be best practice, but it poses no risks because we never store your credit card information anywhere.) The email does take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox, so please be a little patient.
Please do NOT try to create a new account with the old password, as you will receive an error message telling you that your email address is associated with an existing account (which it is, obviously).
