The Swiss Water decaffeination process is simple and natural: coffee beans soaked in water to remove the caffeine, then re-dried. No chemicals. (The difference between Swiss and Mountain Water processes is that Swiss Water recycles the water, and it’s done in Canada instead of Mexico).
